Hi All

The new squads lists for September are now available on the notice board, and are also attached to this note. [See Squad Members page. Ed.]

The new season is now upon us, with full training resuming on Monday 6th September (week today!)

2009/2010 was one of the most successful years in the clubs history, with us being crowned West Wales champions as well as having multiple Welsh National Champions. For the clubs size these achievements were outstanding.
